Marketing Manager Nature of Work:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies. This individual will be responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing marketing activities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to inspire creativity within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify target markets and establish positioning strategies.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies. Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to optimize digital performance.
Content Creation:
Lead content creation efforts, including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and promotional materials. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and engages the target audience.
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Provide insights and recommendations to refine marketing strategies.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and collaboration. Coordinate with sales, product development, and other departments to align objectives.
Performance Metrics:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using KPIs and ROI analysis. Adjust strategies based on performance data to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred) 3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in Facilities Management. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Figa Digital, Adobe, MS office suite, Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.). Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
