South Florida (Fort Lauderdale/Broward County preferred)
Hours:
20-30 hours/week (flexible schedule)
Compensation:
$2,000-$2,500/month (1099 contractor to start)

About You:
You’re a natural integrator—organized, proactive, and 10 steps ahead. You love project management, timelines, and making sure ideas don’t just sound good but actually get DONE. You’ve got a background in marketing and content, you know how to manage a small but mighty team, and you can juggle multiple moving pieces without dropping a ball. You’re also excited about being a long-term partner, not just a task-ticker. Bonus if you love social media, are plugged into the local entrepreneur scene, and want to step into a leadership role over time.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Review and manage client social media content before final delivery ✅ Oversee internal and client-related project timelines ✅ Manage team workflows, deadlines, and accountability ✅ Support the founder’s marketing—help with social content planning, email coordination, and campaign follow-ups ✅ Research and pitch local speaking opportunities, podcast appearances, and brand collaborations ✅ Assist with launching a new podcast (coordination, scheduling, and systems) ✅ Represent the brand at occasional local events or networking opportunities ✅ Update website and upload blogs with
SEO Requirements:
Must be local to South Florida (Fort Lauderdale/Broward area) 3+ years in marketing, operations, or project management roles Comfortable working with Notion, Google Drive, ClickUp, Go High Level, Word Press, Slack, Canva, and basic social platforms Excellent communication and follow-through Able to take initiative and solve problems proactively Strong attention to detail and timeline management Big bonus if you’ve supported a personal brand or coach before This Role is
