This is a full-time (9am-5pm) hybrid job which only requires 3 days per week at the office (Hollywood, FL) for content creation and brainstorming. We are very much KPI driven and focus more on the results you deliver than anything else. Please share your social media and content you’ve created alongside your resume for consideration! Your main responsibility will be to run BaciMilano’s Instagram (@bacimilanousa), including creating and sharing content. You will also be helping with email campaign creation and other creative tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to Implement and manage our social media strategy Track and maintain our most important social media KPIs Create and manage social media content Measure the success of every social media campaign (we will give you metrics) Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies Use social media marketing tools and posting tools Work with our team of copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network and expand our reach Provide constructive feedback Communicate effectively with the team Leverage AI where possible to work more efficiently and tap into new opportunities If you have experience in marketing, it will go farther with us than a degree, but a degree in marketing is always a bonus.
