Role:
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead and execute the company’s local trade marketing strategy. This professional will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that strengthen product presence at points of sale, drive sales performance, and build brand equity in collaboration with distributors and commercial partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the local brand strategy (portfolio, channel, pricing, and promotion). Create and execute the marketing plan aligned with business objectives. Define and track brand and trade marketing KPIs. Plan and manage participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and events. Develop and roll out incentive campaigns for customers and the sales team. Organize training sessions and workshops to support the salesforce. Manage external agencies and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project goals and timely execution. Analyze trade marketing activities’ performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the commodities, B2B, or private label sectors. Experience in Food & Beverage, CPGs, or Pharmaceutical industry is preferable. Bilingual English-Portuguese is a plus. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams. Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills.
