Position Summary:

Chetu is looking for a full-time, Tradeshow and Event Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies for various events including trade shows, conferences and marketing events. This position requires someone who has experience in event logistics, booth design, content creation and managing relationships with vendors and attendees.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation packages start from $58K-$65K annually based on candidate’s background and experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute Chetu’s presence at national and international trade shows, conferences, and industry events Collaborate with internal teams to plan and manage event logistics including booth design, shipping, staffing schedules, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements. Develop and manage event related content, including brochures, presentations, social media updates and website content. Research new event opportunities aligned with target industries and verticals Develop and manage the annual events calendar and event budget Create lead capture strategies and post-show follow-up plans to support the sales team Evaluate and report on event performance metrics (leads, traffic, engagement, ROI) Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with tradeshow vendors, organizers, and service providers. Maintain inventory of marketing materials, booth supplies, and branded giveaways.

Skills :

Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Proficiency in event logistics, vendor management, and budget tracking Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Design, and Executive teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Tech-savvy with an understanding of lead generation and event ROI metrics

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in event marketing, tradeshow management, or field marketing. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred) Willing and able to travel up to 35-45% of the time. Experience with tradeshow platforms, event vendors, and promotional materials. Experience in the tech or software industry is a plus. Experience working with internal creative or marketing teams is a plus.
