We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager/Appointment Setter to join our team! If you enjoy talking to people and creating new marketing initiatives to target new customers, this is the job for you! Base salary is $50,000 a year, plus override.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to take on the role of Marketing and Lead Manager. This individual will be responsible for spearheading our customer communication efforts, generating new leads, and facilitating appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to drive lead generation through various channels, while also possessing excellent communication and organizational skills. This is an in-office position.

Core Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads and prospects. Our goal is to set 8 appointments per day, 5 days a week. Ensure appointments are well-documented and aligned with the sales team’s availability. Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions. Utilize MarketSharp to organize and track customer information. Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify and target potential customers. Utilize a combination of online and offline methods to generate leads, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, and networking. Manage all Social Media accounts; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads, Nextdoor, Angie, Yelp, BBB, Website Etc. Continuously monitor and analyze lead generation and sales metrics to refine and optimize strategies. Manage Lead & Sales Reporting on a weekly/monthly basis. Actively capture 5 Star Google Reviews with customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

Computer literate: primarily Word and Excel required. Front Desk Experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
