This position creates:

globalproduct strategies, communications guidelines, claims and marketingassets for the select product portfolio. This Manager mustcollaborate with global partners and cross functional businesspartners to be successful as they dig into problems and research,ideate, bring definition, prototype concepts and new solutions.

This Leader will deliver a suite of solutions to meet the needs ofconsumers and professionals with a clear value proposition thatdifferentiates Johnson & Johnson Vision from the competition.

ThisManager partners closely with: Professional and Consumer Equityteams, Sales teams and global, regional and local partners. Thegoal of these partnerships is to increase presence of the productswith Consumers, Eye Care Professionals, and Channel customers, andinfluence and team with global agencies, global strategicmarketing, and regional marketing leads. Key Responsibilities Work closely with global agency partners, cross-functionalpartners, and Regional Brand Leads to deliver integratedcommunications plans and global assets. Work closely with cross functional and regional team to buildNew Product Business Cases and evolve initiatives through the StageGate process, gathering stakeholder support and approval Measure and assess marketplace business results (sales,consumption, market share, portfolio penetration, equity scores,NPS, etc.) Actively assess ongoing marketplace trends and developproactive strategies to maintain a competitive advantage anddifferentiate from the competition. Perform other related duties as assigned bymanagement.

QualificationsRequired Experience & Skills:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Minimum of 6 years work experience. Minimum of 2 years marketing experience in Consumer-PackagedGoods (CPG), Pharmaceuticals, and/or Medical Devices. Prior experience managing creative and/or media agencies.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate, generate consensus, and buildrelationships across internal and external partners. Demonstrated track record of marketing leadership includingadvertising, new product and marketing plan development, along withclassical marketing training. Effective communication and presentation skills. Demonstratedability to influence cross-functional and senior management toimpact decision making. Demonstrated ability to be agile and innovative in thinking andapproach. High motivation, self-confidence, and effectiveness atoperating in an independent environment while balancing multiplepriorities. Prior experience working with Legal and Regulatorypartners. Demonstrated success in launching products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstratedability to synthesize data, interpret data, and processobservations into actionable recommendations. Up to 25% domestic and international travel.

PreferredExperience & Skills:

MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred. Prior experience in global marketing or local/regional brandmanagement, including the development and/or implementation ofbrand guidelines. Prior experience working with healthcare professionals. Demonstrated track record of marketing leadership includingintegrated communications planning, advertising, new productlaunches, and/or business plan development. Strong experience with market research/customer insights andbusiness performance tracking across a global market landscape isstrongly preferred.
