Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across social media, trade shows, and internal communications. This individual will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, supporting business development efforts, and ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with strong project management skills and a passion for storytelling. This hybrid position will report to our office location in Jacksonville, FL a minimum of two days per week. Essential Duties & Responsibilities The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties, but not all duties performed for this position. Lead, mentor, and manage marketing staff, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and supporting professional development Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendar across platforms to include LinkedIn Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including booth design, collateral, and logistics Collaborate with other to create and manage internal newsletters, company announcements, and employee engagement content Collaborate with business development and project teams to create compelling marketing collateral and proposal support Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written communications Manage external vendors and creative partners as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field 7-10+ years of corporate experience in marketing, with construction, engineering, or AEC-related industry experience preferred Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts and event marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically
