Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for JWB. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing a substantial $1 million+ marketing budget to drive brand visibility, customer acquisitions, and revenue growth. You will also be responsible for the growth and development of the JWB internal marketing staff as well as external marketing partners. This will be a “hands on” marketing position that is designed for teammates who want to have a significant impact on the marketing department, the overall company, and the communities we serve.
Key Position Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends. Identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Budget Management:
Effectively manage a $1 million+ marketing budget across multiple business units, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels, campaigns, and initiatives. Implement robust tracking mechanisms to ensure ROIs and adjust strategies when needed. Responsible for delivery of overall sales & marketing metrics as set forth in annual business plan. Lead JWB branding and public relations initiatives.
Marketing Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Hire, train, and manage JWB internal and external marketing teammates. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and client service, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Foster a collaborative environment that maximizes synergies across departments.
Digital Marketing Mastery:
Own and develop digital marketing efforts becoming the subject matter expert across multiple JWB websites, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Stay abreast and technically sound of industry best practices and emerging trends to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies. Implement A/B testing and other methods to refine campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of key performance indicators such as cost per lead, cost per acquisitions, and new lead generation by lead source, etc.
Additional Responsibilities:
Brand Development:
Drive the development and maintenance of a strong and cohesive brand presence across all channels. Ensure brand consistency in messaging, design, and customer experience.
Campaign Execution:
Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from conception to completion. This includes coordinating creative development, median planning, and performance analysis. Oversee JWB lead source management and marketing conversions.
Market Research & Partnerships:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use market research to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. Establish and develop JWB marketing partner relationships.

Qualifications & Competencies:
7+ years of experience in marketing 2+ years of experience managing marketing budgets of $1 million+ Bachelor’s Degree in related field Ability to work independently Strong organization skills, attention to detail, critical thinking skills, confidentiality, integrity, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced dynamic environment Strong financial, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Time Commitment:
Teammate will generally work 40+ hours per week.
