Responsibilities:
Manage sales support staff Oversee customer pricing matters including price discrepancies, price changes and maintaining customer price files Oversee sales materials and samples for all customer presentations/opportunities Oversee customer item set-up forms and vendor data requirements Ensure that departmental processes, procedures, and customer requirements are properly documented on internal company resource site Oversee tradeshow preparation, logistics and execution including scheduling, product training, overseeing shipments, merchandising, and ensuring expenses are kept within budget Manage and oversee administrative and account management functions of key e-commerce partners including Amazon.com and Walmart.com Support additional digital marketing efforts including Google and e-commerce advertising as well as email marketing Develop marketing content including copy for products, packaging, promotional materials, and social media Provide directions to graphics team for promotional materials Review and proofread materials from graphics to ensure requirements are met and materials meet brand standards
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field 5+ years in a marketing or customer service environment with at least three years in management or supervisory role Previous Tradeshow or Event planning a plus Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Proven interpersonal and communication skills, including effectively influencing and coaching others Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities Strong and consistent attention to detail Strong proofreading capabilities Ability to work independently
