- We’re looking for a driven and experienced Account Manager to oversee product sampling programs across multiple brands. This role isn’t just about coordination—it’s about hands on management with your team and managing 4+ sampling programs each month. If you’re ready to work hard, think fast, and make an impact , keep reading! This role is remote
- but fixed hours behind the computer are required.
This role is not a flexible remote role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage Sampling Campaigns
- Oversee and execute sampling events, ensuring flawless planning and execution. Overseeing a roster of 4-5 brand calendars. Book & Coordinate Brand Ambassadors
- Find the right reps for each store, confirm schedules, train, and ensure attendance.
Sourcing, interviewing, and training new ambassadors when needed. Having experience managing remote brand ambassadors is
ESSENTIAL!
Problem-Solve on the Fly
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and unexpected challenges like a pro. Client Communication
- Keep clients updated, address concerns, and ensure their programs run smoothly. Monitor & Track Performance
- Ensure all events are hitting sales targets, reported, and optimized for success. Stay Organized & Hustle
- This role moves fast!
You need to juggle multiple brands, calendars, and ambassador requests while keeping everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Event Coordination or Brand Activations

You need to understand how sampling programs work and how booking and managing brand ambassadors work. Proactive & Hardworking
- You take ownership, find solutions, and don’t wait to be told what to do. Detail-Oriented & Organized
- Managing multiple brands means keeping track of everything—accuracy is key. Strong Communicator
- You’ll be working with brand ambassadors, clients, and internal teams daily. Tech-Savvy
- We use Google Sheets, Forms, and other tools to manage operations—comfort with tech is a must.
