ASSOCIATE BRAND MANAGER JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Associate Brand Marketing Manager, Strategy & Activation to support the day-to-day execution of brand campaigns, new product launches, and base business initiatives. This role is responsible for managing activation timelines, deliverables, and Go-To-Market planning tools to drive seamless, cross-functional execution across all consumer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator with excellent project management skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for bringing brand campaigns to life.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities Support the downstream activation of all brand campaigns — including new product innovation and base business initiatives — assisting in the translation of brand and product strategy into best-in-class market execution and Go-To-Market plans across all consumer touchpoints. Own the management of activation timelines and deliverables, ensuring all cross-functional partners stay aligned and on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage campaign and activation timelines and deliverables for Innovation launches, ensuring all cross-functional teams are informed, aligned, and meeting deadlines. Maintain GTM planning tools and trackers, including status recaps, milestone calendars, and readiness documents to support smooth execution and cross-functional visibility throughout the launch process. Assist in the development and management of photo and asset briefs to support innovation launches, base business initiatives, and retail marketing needs, in alignment with briefing strategy provided by the Senior Brand Manager. Own the development and management of innovation product toolkits, partnering with cross-functional teams to gather product education, copy, and creative assets, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery. Support the preparation and delivery of campaign and product briefings to cross-functional partners — including Creative, Copywriting, Social, Integrated Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and E-Retail — ensuring alignment on asset needs, messaging, activation plans, and in-market priorities. Develop and manage base business sell sheets for internal and external audiences. Assist in tracking campaign performance metrics and compiling post-launch learnings for recap reports and future GTM optimization. Monitor competitive activity and trends, compiling insights for the team.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously. Strong experience developing and managing Go-To-Market plans, creative briefs, asset trackers, and product toolkits. Comfortable partnering with Copywriters on product messaging, naming, and campaign copy — experience working with copy teams is a plus. Experience supporting or attending brand photo and video shoots is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to clearly convey information, manage expectations, and build trust across cross-functional partners. Proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and identify opportunities for improvement. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with project management tools (Asana) is a plus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of brand marketing experience; beauty, CPG, or retail marketing background preferred.
