Brief Summary

Title:

Director of Brand Marketing
You’ll Report to: SVP of Marketing
The Director of Brand Marketing reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and will be responsible for providing leadership and management of the Company’s brand strategy and marketing activities, which include corporate marketing, brand continuity, and product marketing. The Director of Brand Marketing will drive the Company’s efforts to enhance its position as a market leader, grow its brand in current and future markets and to achieve its revenue goals.
What You’ll Do
Take ownership of the Company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency in brand logos, voice, messaging, and visual assets across all touchpoints, including social media, website, and marketing collateral.
Oversee branding efforts, including but not limited to general marketing support, social media outlets (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram), and the company website.
Lead creative strategy by directing the artistic development of marketing campaigns and visual storytelling across all mediums (print, digital, video, and more) and manage staff as appropriate.
Produce and direct visual content for print, digital and other mediums.
Lead, create, and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and business goals.
Ensure all branding and written collateral is up to date with current facts, figures, and pictures.
Oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high standards in design execution, compliance with marketing laws and regulations (e.g. SPAM, GDPR, privacy, terms of use, etc.), and alignment with strategic goals.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in branding, marketing, digital innovation, and creative technology to keep the brand modern and relevant.
Support brand awareness through sponsorships, events, and community initiatives that align with the company’s values and market presence.
Work with internal and external constituencies to produce and execute creative materials in alignment with key objectives.
Be a subject matter expert on social media marketing and create social media plans to engage customer segments on different platforms using information posts, video, graphics and interactive tools. Solicit user-generated content to create informational posts to generate interest and discussion on our Company and the industry.
What You’ll Need to be a Top Candidate

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in marketing or other business discipline required.

Experience:

7-10 years’ marketing experience in comparable industries with a minimum of two years in a management position required. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance preferred.
Skills & Knowledge
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example and visually representing plans through storyboarding.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
Demonstrates ability to manage outsourced marketing activities (PR, corporate identity system, website, etc.)
Experience in choosing, deploying, and using marketing and sales SW applications.
Comfortable with digital marketing and social media techniques
Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales, marketing, and business (competitive) strategy.
Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence.
Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud Software and Canva
