Duties include:

1. Build and maintain regional event field marketing teams selling home improvement services 2. Interview, hire and train all event field marketing team members. 3. Build and maintain documented field training program including training manuals, classroom and field training cadences for Supervisors and Representatives. 4. Complete documented weekly performance management to review and communicate KPIs for each team member. 5. Lead the execution of events ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently, from staffing and setup to breakdown and performance reporting. 6. Oversee the planning and allocation of event budgets, ensuring cost control and tracking of expenditures against forecasted budget. 7. Identify key trends, opportunities, and areas of growth within the events space to enhance overall marketing impact and brand visibility. 8. Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with event partners to optimize cost-efficiency while maintaining event quality. 9. Supervise and provide on-site leadership to Event Marketing Representatives and Regional Supervisors, ensuring smooth event operations, troubleshooting issues and maintaining high levels of professionalism.

Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 5+ years of event marketing in the home improvement services industry 2+ years of leadership experience Ability to travel up to 75%
