ROLE OVERVIEW
The Manager of Partnership Marketing is responsible for all partner related activities, including the activation and execution of all contractually obligated sponsorship elements. This person will build strong relationships with current partners to aid in the renewal and retention of sponsors, and will work to continuously increase the level of service and support offered by the partnerships department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide the highest level of service to all existing corporate partners.
- Gather, plan and execute all contractual elements for each corporate partner.
- Proof all collateral material featuring the University’s logo for correct usage, i.e., sponsor artwork, radio copy, public address script, logos, print, web, and other relevant items needed to execute the agreement.
- Review gameday scripts, rundowns, etc., to ensure accurate sponsorship recognition.
- Ensure that all digital and social media entitlements are met.
- Deliver ongoing creative marketing and activation recommendations for current partners including retail activation, in-stadium promotions, special events and community outreach ideas.
- Lead the development of promotional, big-idea creative concepts and creative executions.
- Participate in cross functional department meetings and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Create an annual Partner Planning Strategy to align with property objectives. This will include the development of creative activation programs and co-branded marketing opportunities.
- Maintain proper benchmarks and tracking of Partner asset inventory.
- Implement effective measurement tools to track partnership assets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 3-5 years of proven event and project management experience. Demonstrated success in the media, sport sponsorship or entertainment fields required. Experience in the Florida marketplace preferred, but not necessary. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Very strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interactions with clients, operational leaders and other senior executives. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and creatively solve day-to-day challenges. Extremely organized with a high attention to detail. Strong work ethic
- must be a team player with a “get the job done” attitude.
Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple projects and timelines. Knowledge of marketing, promotions, event planning and game production preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays

Working Environment
○ The incumbent primarily works in an office environment, however is expected to attend additional athletic event(s) and/or department events as scheduled throughout the year. Physical Demands
