The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, digital advertising, and performance marketing, with a proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and proficiency in various digital marketing tools to enhance our online presence and engage our patients with Venous Disease to seek treatment. Responsibilities Recruit and manage digital marketing agencies for our HPS network of practices. Recommend digital marketing tactics and strategies for our member clinics with a focus on cost/lead and productivity. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies via digital and social media to obtain new leads for potential members of HPS. Manage all marketing assets for medical trade shows as well as our own bi-annual member meetings. Conduct demographic studies to help practice owners locate a new clinic or expand. Conduct SEO audits to recommend modifications to member websites to improve search results. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize marketing efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns. Utilize WordPress for website content management and updates. Design engaging marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite to support promotional activities. Experience Proven experience in a marketing management role or similar position. Strong knowledge of product management principles and practices. Experience with social media marketing strategies and tools. Proficiency in analytics tools for tracking performance metrics. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial planning in a marketing context. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to internal team and practice owners. Creative mindset with an eye for design using Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. A solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior is essential.
