Marketing Manager Job Duties:

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of all marketing activities
• Make high-level decisions that guide the company’s marketing and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Manage external vendors, oversee project execution, and drive strategic initiatives
• Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives and market trends, ensuring optimal positioning of Send It By Text’s software products.
• Direct the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including CRM-driven outreach, hybrid messaging campaigns, and bulk document signing promotions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Client Success teams to align marketing strategies with company growth goals and operational capabilities.
• Assist executive leadership in high-level decision-making regarding target markets, customer segmentation, and prioritization of marketing and sales efforts.

Work Schedule:

• Number of hours per week: 40

Daily Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1hour lunch)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Computer Science or a closely related subject matter.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience in the job offered, or Business Development Associate or closely related occupation.

Skills required:

• Market research,
• Understanding of consumer behaviour,
• Ability to devise and evaluate methods and procedures for data collection; and
• Knowledge of mobile tech end user.
