2441 The Marketing Manager under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications will lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth, patient engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of overseeing diverse marketing initiatives while fostering a strong brand presence. This role requires balancing innovation with data-driven decision-making to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, identify market opportunities, leverage competitive advantages, and establish compelling brand positioning and messaging to differentiate the organization.
Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, digital, social media, and events, while coordinating promotions and optimizing the budget to maximize ROI.
Maintain and enhance a consistent and impactful brand identity across all marketing platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s standards while strengthening trust and recognition.
Conduct market research to analyze patient demographics, preferences, and behaviors, track industry trends and competitor activities, and leverage patient feedback to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing director, internal teams, and external partners to align strategies with organizational objectives while fostering creativity and supporting campaign execution.
Develop and manage the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media posts, and website content, ensuring all content effectively engages the target audience and communicates the brand’s value and services.
Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising campaigns, utilizing digital analytics to optimize performance and drive engagement.
Assist in event planning and execution, service and product launches, and promotional activities to strengthen patient and partner relationships while representing the organization at community events to boost visibility and engagement.
Measure campaign success using analytics tools and CRM platforms, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROI and customer acquisition cost, and deliver detailed reports to leadership highlighting achievements and improvement areas.
Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and technologies to implement innovative strategies that effectively reach audiences and differentiate the brand. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
