É . This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with the owners and store managers to build and execute fun, effective marketing strategies. We’re a growing company with big goals — and we’re excited to find someone who’s ready to grow with us. About the Role You’ll manage everything from social media to event promotion, helping us tell our story and connect with our community. While we don’t have a full marketing team, we do collaborate with a talented graphic designer, and we’re planning a website revamp this summer. What You’ll Do Develop and implement creative marketing and advertising strategies to drive traffic and boost sales Be the voice of our brands across social media platforms — posting regularly, responding to followers, and building engagement Capture photo and video content at our stores (especially during events like sushi classes and weekend markets) Coordinate marketing campaigns for promotions, seasonal events, and new menu launches Monitor trends, report on performance, and adjust strategies as needed Represent the brand in a positive, consistent way across all platforms Collaborate closely with store managers and the ownership team Occasionally work evenings or weekends to support special events and content creation Schedule & Perks Full-time, Monday to Friday (standard business hours at the head office) Some evening/weekend availability required for events Weekly payroll with direct deposit Free meals and employee discounts What We’re Looking For Proven experience in marketing, ideally for food & beverage, hospitality, or retail brands Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategy Creative thinker with an eye for branding and storytelling Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects Bonus Points If You Have Graphic design experience Photography and/or videography skills Copywriting or content writing experience
