ROLE SUMMARY
The Wholesale Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day wholesale marketing activities within the organization and will provide short and long-term marketing strategy and support. This role will develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence in both the wholesale and retail markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies with the New York and Pennsylvania Wholesale, Bulk, and Retail Sales teams Serve as the main point of contact for Wholesale Entourage team. Provide marketing materials, brand guidelines and promotional support to Wholesale team and Wholesale Partners. Coordinate joint efforts for new product and brand launches, brand entry for new dispensary partners, events, and provide final marketing materials to team members as needed. Collaborate with Entourage team to align marketing plans with revenue goals. Identify opportunities to grow wholesale accounts and expand into new territories. Train Wholesale reps and partners on product features. Help create sell sheets, product catalogs, educational materials, and launch kits. Oversee and manage marketing execution and activations at the retail dispensaries and external cannabis stores. Coordinate all the marketing requests, including but not limited to product education, product launches, FLUENT Rewards, assets, and printing requests. Coordinate in-house marketing efforts to promote and champion the FLUENT brands to our wholesale partners and employees. Quantify, assess, and organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues. Manage and oversee sponsorship engagements, external vendors, and agencies including managing payments and coordinating marketing execution and distribution. Oversee creative services and lifestyle product projects by identifying, assembling, and coordinating opportunities; and establishing contacts. Work cross functionally with the creative, brand and digital teams as well as internal and external stakeholders throughout the organization. Prepares and/or manage marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. Communicate and coordinate workflow and new opportunities to the necessary personnel. Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies. Support team to develop brand and/or marketing strategies. Additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related level of experience Experience in the Cannabis/ CBD space is strongly preferred 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing. 3+ years of managerial experience. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Knowledge of online content marketing and social media development strategies. Knowledge with retail marketing. Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing and implementing strategies. Exhibit initiative and the ability to work independently as well as within a team. SKILLS Teamwork- collaborating with others to improve overall standards of work and service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced environment. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility for the Marketing team.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. It routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work. TRAVEL This position requires up to 25% travel. Travel includes in-state and out-of-state visits to retail locations, wholesale partners, and industry events.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related level of equivalent experience and education 3+ years relevant work experience in marketing 3+ years of managerial experience
