Marketing Director Somerset at Oak Harbor Vero Beach, FL 32967 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead the marketing, outreach, and community relations efforts for our Assisted Living Facility (ALF). This role is responsible for driving occupancy growth, managing branding and promotional strategies, and cultivating relationships with referral sources, residents, and families. The ideal candidate is compassionate, strategic, and results-driven, with a deep understanding of the senior living industry. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Oversee social media marketing efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across all platforms. Collaborate with product management teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and market needs. Lead advertising sales initiatives, including print advertising, to enhance brand visibility. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Supervise the creative process using Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling marketing materials. Experience Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong understanding of budgeting, analytics, and market dynamics. Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing, product management, advertising sales, and print advertising. Proficient in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite for design and content creation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
