Marketing Manager Full-Time Open Availability Required Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marketing team. This includes managing and delegating tasks, ensuring the timely execution of marketing initiatives, and facilitating ongoing training and development for staff. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for coordinating marketing production, event setup and teardown, and ensuring that the team meets established performance metrics, including weekly booking or tour targets. In addition, the Marketing Manager will work closely with team members who are not meeting minimum performance standards, providing guidance and support to improve outcomes. The role also requires ensuring that event recaps, including photos and other deliverables, are submitted on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and a commitment to driving marketing success within the team

Responsibilities and Duties:

Consistently deliver high-quality work within established timelines, maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and precision. Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and accountability in all tasks, ensuring reliable and consistent outcomes. Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Utilize computer systems and software proficiently, including the ability to read and input data as required. Communicate professionally and courteously with staff, customers, members, and visitors, both in person and via telephone or other communication channels. Adapt to varying environmental conditions, as the position may involve exposure to extreme temperatures or weather. Exercise a high degree of accountability for the methods and results of your work, ensuring processes are followed and goals are met. Safeguard confidential information relating to personnel, salaries, policies, and business matters, always maintaining strict confidentiality. Achieve monthly budget targets and collaborate with the marketing team to meet departmental objectives and goals. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company dress standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Management experience in Sales or marketing in a face-to-face environment and customer service

High School Diploma or GED Physical Demands:
