We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing GURU to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, driven, and highly-skilled marketing professional who is passionate about digital media, brand growth, and innovative content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven expertise in growing demographic-specific audiences on social media. Develop engaging content showcasing everything SalonPLEX has to offer across all digital platforms. Be proficient in all things social: IGTV, Reels, Video Editing, Facebook Live, Stories, and Post Content. Collaborate with the SalonPLEX executives to ensure the brand identity, vision, and scope are aligned at all times. Conduct bi-weekly assessments of reports, content management, and growth strategies. Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid media, etc.). Create, publish, and optimize content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and strategy. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings. Monitor, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Assist in managing and updating the company website, including UX/UI improvements and content updates. Stay current with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices. Implement A/B testing and other performance optimization strategies. Additional duties as assigned.
You Should Have Experience With:
Video editing programs (Adobe Premiere or similar). Marketing apps and platforms (InShot, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Data management and insight analysis. Creative design tools (Canva required; Yodeck a plus). Website design and management (HIBU experience a plus). Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher) and Adobe Photoshop.
