Tues-Thurs in-office, Mon/Friday work from home. 40 hours/week Orchid Realty International, a top-producing real estate company, is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Design Manager to join our team during a 3-month maternity leave coverage period—with strong potential to transition into an ongoing part-time or as needed role. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys combining creative design with strategic marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage print and digital marketing materials Run email marketing , CRM drip campaigns , and automated lead generation Manage the company website and social media content Maintain and improve lead and campaign tracking systems Analyze performance metrics and generate marketing reports Explore and recommend tools to enhance marketing impact Design and manage print and digital marketing materials for both the company and individual agents Maintain and run the company’s social media platforms, as well as provide support and content planning (including video content on-site with the agent) for agent social media Create and distribute agent e-newsletters, branded trifolds, and company magazines
Who You Are:
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications , or related field • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) Strong writing and proofreading skills • Experience with SEO, SEM, AdWords , and analytics tools Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, collaborative office environment Familiarity with real estate is a plus—but not required
