This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins on a full-scale rebranding initiative while shaping the marketing function from the ground up.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00

PM Pay:

$70,000 – $80,000 annually (DOE)

Strategic Leadership Lead the company’s rebranding initiative and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to refine marketing strategies. Monitor competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments. Team & Project Management Manage and mentor a Marketing Coordinator; delegate projects and set clear goals. Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives. Sales & CRM Integration Partner with Sales to develop lead generation and retention strategies. Manage CRM (HubSpot) to support marketing automation, lead tracking, and performance reporting. Content & Brand Management Direct content development for web, email, social media, and collateral. Lead advertising efforts across digital and traditional channels. Maintain consistent brand messaging and oversee social media strategy. Reporting & Communication Report on marketing performance and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines in collaboration with the creative team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus) 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven success in rebranding and brand management Proficient in digital marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Industry knowledge of construction, manufacturing, or building materials is a plus Apply today through Express Employment Professionals to take the next step in your marketing leadership career!
