Marketing | Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a Brand Development Manager to join our marketing team as a key partner in building, supporting, and activating our cannabis brands across markets. This role plays a vital part in maintaining brand health by helping to execute campaigns, retail programs, packaging updates, and educational initiatives, while also managing day-to-day collaboration with our external experiential agency partners. Acting as a central conduit between brand managers and cross-functional teams—including creative, operations, retail, and insights—this person ensures that valuable information, best practices, and on-the-ground feedback are captured, organized, and funneled back to the team to continuously strengthen execution. Ideal for a highly organized, collaborative marketer, this role connects the dots across work streams—ensuring our brand presence remains aligned, informed, and consistently impactful. Key Responsibilities Brand & Marketing Operations Manage the operational elements of brand programs and projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and processes are on track. Support budget tracking and procurement for marketing materials, swag, and promotional items. Maintain and organize brand resources such as project trackers, calendars, presentation decks, and asset libraries. Coordinate with finance on SAP-related processes and reporting. Campaign Development & Execution Partner with brand managers and cross-functional teams (creative, product, digital, CX) to support marketing campaign planning and execution. Assist in building creative briefs, timelines, and promotional toolkits across in-store, digital, and social. Track performance of campaigns to support optimization efforts and post-campaign reporting. Brand Consistency, Content & Social Media Management Ensure brand identity and messaging are consistently executed across all marketing channels. Assist with content planning and scheduling across social media platforms (2-3x/week). Collaborate with content and social teams to manage community engagement, monitor platform trends, and maintain compliance with regulations. Market Research & Performance Analysis Act as a bridge between brand and research teams to apply relevant insights from internal data sources. Use research to inform creative briefs, product launches, and campaign strategy—but defer deep analysis and research strategy to the centralized research function. Report on key KPIs such as awareness, engagement, sales lift, and campaign effectiveness. Support competitive and consumer trend tracking to inform roadmap and brand health discussions. Event & Activation Support Assist in the execution of retail activations, experiential events, and sponsorships. Liaise with agencies and vendors to coordinate event materials and ensure brand alignment in all activations. What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing ops, or project management (CPG, cannabis, wellness, or lifestyle preferred) Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a cross-functional setting Familiarity with digital marketing tools and performance reporting platforms Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills A solutions-focused mindset and a passion for creating strong consumer experiences Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
