You will work closely with the CEO to bring vision to life across physical clinics, digital channels, and the patient journey. You’ll be the operational engine behind campaigns, content, and clinic messaging that reaches tens of thousands of people. Position Summary As we scale further, we are seeking a Marketing Execution & Engagement Manager who will work under the direct strategic leadership of the CEO. You will not be setting marketing strategy—you will be executing it , managing teams and vendors, building internal processes, and being highly visible in the field. Your daily performance will be measured through output, follow-through, and internal feedback. This is a hands-on, operational role . You will be expected to move fast, report frequently, and handle a broad range of tasks personally—only outsourcing when appropriate. If you thrive on accountability, variety, and real results, you will excel in this position. Core Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Tactical Execution of Strategy Translate executive strategy into step-by-step marketing project plans. Maintain a detailed marketing execution calendar with specific task owners and deadlines. Deliver weekly status reports and dashboards summarizing progress, roadblocks, and next steps. Maintain clear documentation of all campaigns and iterations in shared systems (e.g., Google Drive, Asana, or Notion). 2. In-Clinic Field Engagement (3+ days/week minimum) Visit clinics to audit brand consistency, signage, collateral, and environmental design. Provide real-time customer service coaching to front-line staff on how to represent our brand. Identify friction points in the patient experience and report corrective suggestions. 3. Own Patient Survey Process Design, launch, and manage patient surveys using SurveyMonkey or similar. Segment surveys by provider, location, or service type where applicable. Collate and analyze results into clear trends (via Excel or DOMO). Create quarterly reports with visualizations and written insights. 4. Social Media Operations Audit the current agency or contractor running social media. Own the editorial calendar and ensure alignment with promotions and clinic activity. Post or schedule content, respond to comments, and track engagement metrics. If contractor performance is subpar, recommend transition plan and execute internal ownership or replacement. 5. Coordinate Creative Execution Manage a roster of freelancers (graphic designers, copywriters, web developers), or source new ones. Be able to give clear creative direction and quality feedback on branding, layout, and messaging. Oversee web updates, landing page creation, print collateral, and in-clinic materials. 6. Campaign Deployment Manage the full execution cycle of marketing campaigns: scheduling, creative briefs, audience segmentation, approval routing, deployment, and result tracking. Run email marketing, digital ads (if applicable), and seasonal promotions. 7. Systems Management & Reporting Use DOMO or equivalent to monitor key

Required Qualifications 3+ years of marketing project management or operations experience in a fast-paced, service-based business. Certified Project Manager (CPM) or equivalent real-world implementation experience. Proficiency with SurveyMonkey, DOMO (or similar), Google Suite, and social platforms (Meta, IG, TikTok). Strong writing/editing skills and attention to detail. Able to self-direct, prioritize, and remain accountable without daily oversight. Preferred Experience Healthcare, medspa, or retail multi-location experience. Familiarity with Adobe Suite and ability to evaluate design work. Experience building patient-facing materials in regulated environments (HIPAA-aware). Familiar with using project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello. Work Expectations On-site or in-clinic presence required at least 3 days per week. Daily check-ins via Slack or project tracker. Weekly 1:1s with CEO. Monthly presentation of campaign/reporting outcomes.
