This role is ideal for a resourceful, creative, detail-oriented professional who is excited to be part of a high-performance real estate team, grow their skillset, and contribute meaningfully to both the front and back end of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Strategy (60%) Own and execute the team’s brand voice, visual identity, and reputation across all platforms. Plan, create, and schedule compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, email, print, video). Manage content calendar and post consistent, high-value content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business. Work alongside Shannon on personal brand-building initiatives like “Forward Focus” and other series. Edit and publish high-quality short-form video content for listings, educational pieces, and lifestyle reels. Design and distribute monthly newsletters, listing packages, postcards, and seller reports. Ensure all listings are properly marketed online and offline with maximum exposure. Track marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data. Identify opportunities for PR, partnerships, and community engagement to elevate brand recognition. Create marketing systems and templates for scalable execution as the business grows. Growth Initiatives & Lead Conversion Support (15%) Collaborate with Shannon and the operations manager on lead generation strategy. Develop marketing collateral and assets to support new revenue streams (investments, title, mortgage, etc.). Support recruiting and agent retention by showcasing the brand’s culture and success stories. Help organize and market client appreciation events and community involvement campaigns. Showing Assistant (15%) Accompany buyers and buyer’s agents on property showings when Shannon is double-booked. Represent the sellers’ best interests with professionalism, integrity, and basic property knowledge. Ensure all feedback from showings is relayed to the team promptly. Office Support & Phone Coverage (10%) Serve as a welcoming first point of contact when answering the office line. Screen and route calls professionally to the correct team member or department. Handle occasional administrative tasks to support office flow and client experience.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or content creation (real estate preferred). Strong working knowledge of Instagram, Canva, Facebook Business Suite, and email platforms (ex: Mailchimp, KVCore, CINC, or similar). Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Professional demeanor and comfort interacting with high-net-worth clients. Flexible, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Real estate license preferred (or willing to obtain within 90 days). Strong understanding of customer service and how to create a memorable client experience.
