DESCRIPTION

The Brand and Product Marketing Manager owns the articulation and amplification of each resort’s unique identity, experiences, and differentiators across all marketing efforts. As the internal champion for product within the marketing team, this role ensures that every resort is showcased in a way that aligns with the brand’s identity, resonates with guest expectations, and supports broader strategic objectives. The role is also responsible for developing communication toolkits to support both new product launches and existing resort storytelling. In addition, this individual serves as a key liaison between UVI Marketing, UVI Brand, and Resort Operations (SRI and HPI) to help bring product positioning and innovations to life across the Sandals and Beaches brands.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the primary liaison between the marketing department and the brand/product/resort operations teams. Support the Senior Director of Brand and Product Marketing in shaping go-to-market strategies for product innovations and enhancements. Lead and coordinate the creation of product marketing toolkits, inclusive of key messaging, differentiators, and promotional assets for internal and external use. Ensure product storytelling is rooted in guest experience by collaborating with resort teams to translate on-property touchpoints into compelling marketing narratives. Coordinate with Creative Services, PR, and content teams to ensure alignment on storytelling across touchpoints (web, social, press, email, in-resort, etc.). Partner with resort teams to gather insights on on-property activations and guest experience that inform product development and communication. Maintain an internal roadmap of upcoming product novelties, ensuring timely updates and rollouts across brand channels. Support the organization and execution of product immersion sessions and launches. Contribute to marketing planning and seasonal campaigns with product-driven messaging and promotional angles. Monitor competitor landscape and guest trends to inform positioning of product experiences.

Qualifications include:

Strong project management skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across departments and leadership levels Deep understanding of brand-building principles and customer-centric marketing Experience working in cross-functional environments, ideally with exposure to both marketing and operations Comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strategic thinker with an eye for emerging trends and innovation Excellent writing and presentation development skills Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into actionable marketing strategies Passion for the travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industries Must be able to travel domestic and international, 10% frequency or as needed.

EXPERIENCE

Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Brand and Product Marketing Manager competently.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or a related role within the hospitality, travel, or consumer lifestyle sectors. Experience working with cross-functional teams and exposure to both marketing strategy and operational implementation strongly preferred.
