Job Description :

We are looking for a results driven Brand Marketing Director will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all marketing strategies and activities within the US and Caribbean for Wholesale and Retail. As the Brand Marketing Director with Swatch Group, U.S., the position will be responsible for supporting the Marketing efforts in the U.S.

including but not limited to:

responsible for project management (work-back) and weekly meeting coordination, preparation of Annual marketing objectives, strategies and development of annual master marketing plan, develop and maintain annual marketing budget, oversee elements of approved co-op plans to ensure plans are executed, and manage executional elements of the brands Events. This is a Monday through Friday, office based position.

Profile Responsibilities:

Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services Daily management of brand marketing activities and ongoing development of marketing department staff members. Develops and manages overall marketing budget Plans and oversees all brand advertising and promotional activities including media/print and OOH Works directly with ECOM team to plan all digital marketing activities Develops and recommends overall brand strategy in the US Provides marketing materials for the field sales team to support their in-store needs Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievements of marketing objectives fall within designated areas Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions Constantly adapt marketing plans to the market and latest consumer trends Manages key aspects of the budget including training, PR, visual merchandising and events Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities Budget savvy to constantly maximize spend and decrease costs Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements Work directly with Switzerland HQ to confirm monthly spend and budget breakdown Production & coordination of ad materials; working with advertising agencies on ad buys Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management Increase brand presence within the social media and PR space Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events Work with local and global talent to activate the Brand with the US consumer Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of the brand publications All duties assigned by Management Professional requirements

Education and Experience Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is required. Masters or MBA is a plus At least 10 plus years of corporate Marketing experience for a global luxury brand Strong relationships with advertising press and knowledge of all media types Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint) with an ability to learn company specific programs and software. Must have experience with SAP, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is highly desired. Must have the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department. Be able to sustain level of professionalism; friendly demeanor Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills. Experience managing budgets, hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel Demonstrated successful experience with writing press releases, creating presentations and negotiating with media Prior experience in a luxury goods organization is a plus. Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality Must be able to demonstrated an ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously Must be able to demonstrate a commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams Must be able to operate with flexibility in the presence of shifting priorities and deadlines. Strong self-motivation, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public.
