POSITION SUMMARY

: The Digital Media Manager will be responsible for generating, auditing, editing, and producing compelling digital and physical media for RMCF’s marketing department. The ideal candidate is a creative, out-of-the-box thinker that has immense storytelling capability through the strategic generation and/or procurement of digital media. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Digital Media Manager is a role that carries an understanding of branding, presentation, visual polish, and curation to make ideas come to life.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ensure brand integrity through quality control of creative assets, while contributing to ideation and campaign development with a focus on innovation and audience engagement. Support daily marketing operations in collaboration with the marketing department. Understand our customer and our franchise network, while shooting, generating, or curating content that resonates with our audience. Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and project management software (e.g., Asana or Trello) to manage content workflows and team collaboration. Maintain relationships with print vendors and other external resources to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Contribute across all realms of media, from photo and video to storyboarding and design. Stay current on industry trends, emerging social platforms, and evolving best practices to keep RMCF’s media presence modern and competitive.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

4+ years serving as a creative professional with a strong understanding of visual design. Audio experience is welcome. 3+ years of content strategy development. 5+ years of hands-on experience with creative software suites (Adobe, etc.). Experience working with a team of creative professionals through projects of varying scope. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Planning, organizing and follow up skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within sensitive deadlines and a changing environment.
