This role will focus heavily on affiliate marketing while also managing broader marketing strategy, execution, and brand development. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to lead a team, build systems, and drive performance across multiple channels.

Responsibilities Include:

Build and manage a robust affiliate marketing program to drive leads and growth Oversee all marketing channels including digital, email, social media, and content Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across platforms and campaigns Collaborate with executive leadership on high-level growth strategy Analyze performance data and continuously optimize for ROI and engagement Manage external agencies, vendors, and creative partners Provide leadership and mentorship to internal marketing team members Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitor activity

Ideal Qualifications:
