What You’ll Do Own the growth engine across Google, Meta, TikTok, lifecycle email, SEO, and CRO—setting strategy, budgets, and KPIs Design and iterate high-performing creatives (UGC, short-form video, motion) that convert legal-service seekers at record rates Plan and execute segmented email campaigns in our dedicated ESP, choosing tests, cadence, and copy that drive LTV Spin up targeted landing pages , testing copy, layout, and CTAs to lift conversion every iteration Run disciplined experimentation —A/B, multivariate, geo-split, incrementality—to smash CAC and ROAS targets Build rock-solid attribution with GA4, server-side GTM, Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, HubSpot, and offline conversion imports What Makes You a Fit Steered at least $1M in paid media while cutting blended CAC double digits and sustaining 4× + ROAS Mastery of tROAS, tCPA, value-based bidding , plus script-driven automations in Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok Expert in server-side tracking, first-party data strategies, consent-mode, and privacy-centric measurement post-iOS 14 , especially in regulated verticals Comfortable building Looker Studio or BigQuery dashboards , writing SQL when needed, and turning raw numbers into board-ready stories Seasoned in HubSpot CRM & landing pages —lead scoring, custom properties, list building, and funnel reporting Pro at lifecycle email in modern ESPs (e.g., Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailgun)—from deliverability to complex automations Able to brief designers—or edit directly in Figma, Adobe, CapCut, or similar tools —for lightning-fast creative iteration Obsessed with incrementality and statistical rigor ; MMM, lift studies, or ghost-ad tests are second nature
