The Manager of Marketing Analytics will lead the measurement andanalysis of our marketing performance across paid, owned, andweb/app channels, with an emphasis on using our Salesforcemarketing technology stack. Must have a background and hands-onexperience developing dashboards, reports, and analyses, connectdata across multiple sources, and lead testing and learning plans.
Design the strategy of how we measure return on marketing effortsensuring donors and prospects are informed and driven to action.
You will shape how we maximize our marketing investment togetherwith Strategy Pricing, Finance, and Information Technology (IT).You will connect data across multiple platforms, includingcloud-based data warehouses, using statistical modeling andanalysis to extract relevant insights, implementing data taggingstrategies, and ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations. Youwill increase the vision for measuring marketing ROI and maximizingour investments to achieve acquisition, engagement, and efficiencygoals. and external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
MarketingMeasurement Strategy
- Define a comprehensive marketing measurementstrategy, establishing clear KPIs across all channels (paid, owned,web/app) that directly align our goals Dashboard Development andCommunication Communication
- Create dashboards tools to visualizemain metrics and performance indicators Data Integration andAnalysis
- Lead the integration and synthesis of data from diversemarketing platforms (e.g., advertising, social, email), webanalytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SFMC), and businessintelligence systems (Salesforce) Testing and Learning
- Leadprojects to evaluate the impact of marketing strategies. Partnerwith teams and agencies to develop and contribute to their learningneeds Attribution Modeling
- Collaborate on the implementation ofattribution models to understand the impact of different marketingtouchpoints on conversions and customer journeys Collaborate withCross-Functional Teams
- Partner with marketing managers, contentcreators, web developers to understand their data needs and provideanalytical support.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing orequivalent combination of education
- MBA preferred 5 plus years ofprogressively responsible experience leading analytics functionsrequired; multi-location B2C environment experience Experience withcloud-based data warehouses (e.
