Job Description Provide service and support to all Mister O1 franchise owners and managers, including approvals, enforcement of brand style guide standards, and branded marketing communications. Presentations to management. Lead the creative vision for the entire Mister O1’s brand, as the company grows in current markets, and enters many new ones, by helping to create visuals and experiences that capture new guests, existing guests, and employees. Increase engagement and exposure for new openings. Coordinate in development, design, implementation, and execution with the Art Director of print jobs and all marketing materials. Manage online/interior menus with assistance of the Art Director and independently. Update, manage, and monitor all online presences including search engines, company websites, social pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, etc.), reputations platforms (Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google My Business, etc.). Track and communicate with guests through various channels, such as Yelp, TripAdvisor, Instagram, etc., and respond promptly to customer inquiries. Acknowledging online reviews and resolving guest complaints. Bi-weekly reviews report and statistics of online platforms including online sites, Uber Eats, and more. Lead all photo and video shoots for various communication and PR efforts, including pre- and post-production duties and location. Photo and video-editing experience. Responsibilities This position is accountable for the development of the company’s strategic and tactical marketing and advertising direction. The results will create, introduce, and reinforce the brand that is recognized and positively responded to by our target audience. This position is responsible for evaluating recommendations and making decisions in all areas of marketing and advertising, both at the restaurant and retail level, as well as financial management of the departmental budget and resources.

Specific responsibilities include:

Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with all franchisees, both internal and external. Developing annual operating plans for the department that support the overall goals and objectives of the company. Overseeing both unit-level and multi-unit managers to ensure store-level results in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Maintaining successful relations with franchisor and other franchisee members in the brand’s community. Managing business in a manner consistent with company standards and procedures while building sales, customer counts, market share, and optimizing profits. Ensuring the recruitment, selection, development, and retention of leadership personnel. Understanding and supporting the Company’s mission, vision, values, and priorities, and communicating them to his/her restaurant teams. Requirements Must have at least 5-7 years of director-level marketing experience within the Casual dining or Fast Casual segments. Strong demonstration with all facets of traditional marketing and social media in both ownership and agency work. Responsible for heading up projects in advertising, customer loyalty programs, and other cross-functional related team activities. Expertise and first-hand experience of working within a growing and entrepreneurial restaurant company.
