DESCRIPTION
A global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization is looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead in strategic marketing and commercial efforts across the U.S. This is an on-site opportunity based in Miami, FL, focused on executing high-impact marketing programs across retail, distribution, and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in CPG marketing-especially within perishable or short-shelf-life product categories-and thrive in fast-paced environments. This position requires hands-on experience managing packaging, promotions, product launches, digital initiatives, and national retail campaigns. The role is highly cross-functional and will involve working closely with creative teams, distributors, and external agencies to ensure brand alignment and market impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement annual marketing and commercial strategies tailored to the U.S. market Lead execution of consumer-facing campaigns across digital, retail, and promotional channels Drive visibility of branded and private label CPG products through packaging and point-of-sale programs Manage supermarket and distributor marketing relationships Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth Launch and support new product introductions, from planning to execution Oversee brand presence and engagement at regional and national trade shows Support e-commerce expansion through online marketing efforts Select and manage external PR, creative, and digital partners Coordinate with internal creative teams to deliver brand-consistent assets Respond to and manage consumer inquiries and engagement platforms
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years in CPG marketing; experience in perishable product categories Proven track record managing both digital and traditional retail marketing campaigns Strong project management skills in packaging and promotional materials Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously Experience collaborating with creative teams and external agency partners Knowledge of trade marketing and e-commerce best practices
