This on-site role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong organizational skills, hospitality experience, and a passion for luxury lifestyle branding. You will report to the Marketing Director and play a key role in ensuring cohesive brand communication across digital, print, social, and experiential channels. Position Overview The Marketing Manager will drive the timely execution of marketing initiatives, supporting campaign development, content production, website management, event marketing, social media, reporting, and more. The ideal candidate is a hybrid thinker—creative, analytical, and operational—with 3-5 years of experience in hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands and a solid track record in project and content management. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Content Execution Assist in developing and delivering marketing plans including campaign rollouts, mood boards, decks, and branded presentations Lead and manage content creation timelines to ensure delivery in line with launch dates Coordinate and support on-site photo and video shoots, including vendor sourcing and shoot management Oversee updates to the company website and ensure all digital content is timely and accurate Assist in designing and updating branded materials including menus using InDesign when required Ensure all content and assets are documented and organized (e.g., Dropbox management) Marketing Operations & Project Management Support day-to-day administration of the marketing department Liaise with third-party vendors (designers, printers, installers, etc.) and manage production schedules, approvals, and cost controls Create and manage the Amazónico Marketing Calendar, mapping out key initiatives by month across channels Manage internal communication of marketing plans to operations, sales, and leadership teams Translate campaign and channel data into insights that help optimize KPIs and improve ROI Maintain updated reports on campaign performance using pre-formatted templates Ensure marketing actions from meetings are documented and completed Digital, Social & Community Management Lead the planning and execution of Amazónico Miami’s social media strategy and calendar Manage promotional email campaigns, A/B testing, segmentation, and performance tracking Monitor and guide brand tone across all platforms, escalating and managing any crisis or reputation management issues appropriately Stay on top of hospitality and industry trends to make thoughtful, forward-thinking recommendations Leadership & Collaboration Contribute ideas during campaign brainstorming sessions and help bring brand storytelling to life Lead, manage, and develop junior marketing coordinators and/or interns Support other departments and work cross-functionally as a brand ambassador within the wider business Learn and adopt new systems and processes as required to improve departmental efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of marketing experience within the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and execute strategic marketing initiatives Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation writing and editing Proven success in a fast-paced environment managing multiple deadlines and requests Deep understanding of consumer behavior and how to translate insights into campaigns A proactive, self-starter mindset with a high degree of professionalism, creativity, and resilience Genuine passion for the food & beverage, hospitality, and luxury experience industries Technical Skills Google Suite Microsoft Office Suite Adobe InDesign (required) Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) WordPress Mailchimp Canva Ready to tell the story of one of Miami’s most iconic new destinations?
