We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Manager with the experience and ambition to lead high-volume acquisition across digital and traditional channels—while constantly testing, optimizing, and scaling what works. This role is ideal for a data-driven performance marketer who’s fluent in PPC, sharp in SEO/SEM, and ready to experiment with new frontiers like TV, radio, and lead aggregation. If you’ve driven measurable growth in financial services, especially tax or debt relief, and thrive in a high-leverage environment, you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Do Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Scale high-volume lead generation across Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, and native platforms Optimize for cost-per-lead (CPL) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) while maintaining lead quality Run creative tests, iterate funnels, and build pages that convert traffic into opportunity Offline & Emerging Channel Expansion Spearhead experimentation with TV, radio, OTT , and other non-digital channels Coordinate with media buyers and creative partners to produce, test, and track campaigns Analyze call and broadcast attribution to improve return on ad spend

SEO & SEM

Strategy Lead our SEO roadmap—from content strategy to technical implementation Improve visibility across search platforms and drive organic traffic that converts Own SEM performance through continuous keyword, bidding, and ad copy refinement Attribution, Optimization & Reporting Track everything—from click to call to close—using platforms like GA4, CallTrackingMetrics, and Looker Studio Own marketing KPIs including volume, conversion rates, ROAS, and LTV Build dashboards and surface insights to help the team move faster and smarter What We’re Looking For Core Qualifications 5+ years in a lead generation -focused marketing role Proven success managing high-volume, multi-channel campaigns Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube, SEO, and SEM Ability to design, test, and manage conversion funnels Deep understanding of compliance requirements in regulated industries (TCPA, DNC, etc.) Bonus Skills Experience marketing in the tax resolution, debt relief, or financial services space Familiarity with lead marketplaces and aggregator networks Worked with TV, radio, or OTT direct response campaigns Exposure to telephony-integrated systems , dialers, and lead distribution logic Growth Potential This role is built for a strategic operator who wants to lead. As you demonstrate impact, you’ll have a clear path toward Director of Growth, VP of Marketing , or Marketing Partner . You’ll help shape: The company’s multi-channel acquisition strategy Budget allocation and creative/media buying decisions Systems that scale across departments and lead into long-term brand positioning TaxWave is growing fast—and we’re building a team that can grow with us.

Compensation Base Salary :

Competitive and commensurate with experience Performance Bonuses /
