Our client is seeking a Paid Media Manager that will lead paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social advertising strategies across B2B and B2C businesses. Paid Media Manager is responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support the business goal. Paid Media Manager helps drive organizations’ growth and success on digital platforms. Their role is crucial as it is integral to developing and managing an effective digital strategy and influential media buying. Paid Media Specialists will work within a larger digital marketing team and report directly to the marketing director to ensure paid media strategies align with overarching marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns from conception to launch. Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies with our business objectives. Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders. Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs. Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media. Overseeing and managing the budget for paid media. Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting. Aware and knowledgeable of new and emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements. Collaborate with the creative team with ad creation through copywriting and strategic direction. Identify optimization opportunities in ad campaigns. Assist in new business efforts/sales pitches. Work with vendors and agency partners. Help develop integrated digital marketing strategies with other departments and client teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in paid media. Experience managing budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels, including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc. A deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across channels, including SEO, social, email, PR, etc. Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta, Shopify Collabs, Rakuten experience. Working knowledge of bid management and ad-serving platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent research and analytical skills. Strong Excel skills. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management.
