JOB SUMMARY

The Product Marketing Manager will support the strategy andgo-to-market plan for key product initiatives across CCL, with afocus on exclusive destinations and new ship launches over the next3-5 years. The manager will work closely with multiple stakeholdersacross the organization, including Senior leadership, to gathernecessary information on destination development and new shipbuilds, to develop a recommended marketing plan informed by keymilestones and deliverables.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Collaborate with relevant internal Operationsteams to create a road map of all upcoming product initiatives andhow they fit into the overall brand strategy and communicationsplan in market. Be the owner of all product’s specific informationand key messaging, tuned in to new product rollouts and timelinesof launches and go live dates. This will be accomplished through developing a deep understandingof the product pipeline, including new and updated exclusivedestinations, new ships, and new experiences. Support the integrated marketing plan for all product milestones,including destination development for Celebration Key and AmberCove and new ship launches, including Excel 4 and beyond. Thisincludes the development of the communication strategy andframework for integrated campaigns to be rolled out across allrelevant Marketing channels Work with product development experts across the operations team,including senior leadership from New Builds, Food & Beverage,Entertainment, etc. to support the development of a compellingnarrative and transform into a message brief that can be used byall internal teams to create marketing materials to support theproduct launches. Ensure distinctive and ownable assets are used consistently acrosscampaigns to cement the brand with our audiences, even when we aretalking about specific product. Support in the development of assets that will be utilized by themarketing team as a starting point for channel specific support. Inthis process, assist in developing thoughtful creative briefstaking into consideration development of assets for all channels,owned and paid. Assist in developing the foundational creative assets that can beadapted by individual marketing teams in support of a particularproduct milestone. Furthermore, get to know and anticipate channel specific needs torecommend optimal support and ensure all teams have the keyvisuals/messages needed. Work with our creative agency, of record to ensure all productcommunication lives under the broader brand communication strategyand amplifies existing national plan in market. The role will alsowork with internal Creative Services and brief the team on keyproduct moments that require creative development and supportacross key marketing disciplines. Assist in the development of regional product support plans asships change ports and enter new markets. Assess the competition in that market and work with agency(internal Creative Services or creative agency of record) todevelop an integrated plan that introduces the new ship offering tothe target audience. Collaborate with the team to develop a brief to inform the creativeconcept taking into consideration key market objectives and desiredconsumer behavior. Plans may include paid media so will work with media team to assessappropriate support. Manage creative development of assets that will be adapted acrossall channels. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization,including senior leadership, via strategic discussion anddecisions.
