Miami, FL Description We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Brand Manager, U.S. Product Commercialization and Core Management for Cetaphil Skincare . This role is integral to shaping and advancing the brand’s portfolio through strategic commercialization that drives business growth and meet consumer needs. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, entrepreneurial brand builder with a hands-on operator work style and a focus on culture across beauty, skincare, consumer trends.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Commercialization & Market Insights:

Lead the development of the annual brand plan in partnership with innovation team, leveraging insights and analytics to support strategic direction and priorities. Determine new commercial execution opportunities for product portfolio based on market data, consumer insights, social listening, and emerging trends. Influence with a focus on culture – Know where the conversation is happening from Tik Tok to Gen Z’s evolving skincare routines Lead market analysis to assess success factors in product categories (messaging, visuals, claims) for existing products. Partner with sales and trade to infuse compelling storytelling into commercialization and sell in stories and create emotional connections with consumers. Collaboration with

Cross-Functional Teams:

Participate in cross-functional meetings, partnering with teams including Market Insights, Analytics, Digital and Integrated Media, Trade Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Legal, and more, to ensure seamless execution of product launches. Attend regular status calls to support product challenges and share insights for the development process. Ensure all commercial execution aligns with brand vision, financial objectives, and consumer expectations, in collaboration with digital and integrated media team. Contribute to marketing inputs/plans for customers for Cetaphil such as line reviews and top to tops; attend key customer meetings

New Product Briefs & Market Execution:

Collaborate with the digital and integrated media team on the execution of product briefs, outlining strategies, positioning, target claims, key ingredients, and retail activations Responsible for the preparation and facilitation of campaign initiatives

Leadership & Mentorship:

Provide leadership and mentorship to a direct report, ensuring development opportunities and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. Champion execution meetings with cross-functional partners to achieve on-time commercialization launches. Coach and develop direct reports. Positively influence through leadership of indirect reports.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

Track and analyze the performance of products and optimize strategies based on consumer feedback, market trends, and performance metrics. Responsible for deep brand and competitive insights and performance to inform relevant and differentiated brand strategies and tactics Coordinate and collaborate across functions such as sales, legal, regulatory, finance, analytics to deliver programs, measure programs and make recommendations for changes to the plans based on learning Contribute to consumer promotions and shopper marketing program strategy to drive in-store activation including displays

Key Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university required. MBA preferred.

Experience:

7+ years CPG or OTC mass-market landscape experience working in marketing and brand building with increasing levels of responsibility and leadership roles and proven track record of driving market share and profitable growth is required 1-3 years of beauty, personal care/skin care experience preferred Proven expertise in managing the full product development cycle from concept to market introduction. Experience in brand building Experience in building business cases and partnering with finance on P&L Experience in translating the science into powerful brand storytelling Experience in working across agencies and partnering to drive initiatives in market Analytical and creative skills – a balance of commercial and strategic acumen to drive impactful product innovations and brand growth. Strong understanding of the beauty industry, consumer-driven marketing strategies, and market dynamics. Experience leading 360 communications campaigns across media channels, including influence/advocacy Demonstrate a high level of change agility, flexing to deliver on consumer and shopper and retailer trends and needs Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Expertise in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Circana databases, and other industry tools.
