Reporting organisationally to the Director, Brand & Marketing, the Brand Coordinator will be a key member of the FIFA26 Commercial Operations team, and work in close collaboration with the FIFA Zurich Project team and other key individuals responsible for delivering best-in-class design solutions for the

FWC26. THE POSITION

The main responsibilities and oversights of the Senior Brand Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
Assisting in the development and execution of brand campaigns (across different departments and mediums).
Manage the intake, production and delivery processes of all brand projects submitted by multiple stakeholders internally and externally to ensure that all activities are completed on schedule.
Manage stakeholders with clear written and verbal communication when necessary; before, during and after the production process ensuring clarity of request, timelines and deliverables.

Coordinate with internal teams (designers, content creators, product teams) to execute campaigns effectively and efficiently.
Monitor progress and deadlines for brand projects that align with multiple marketing campaigns to meet tournament goals.
Assisting in coordinating product launches, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events.

Handle logistics such as venue booking, vendor coordination, and on-site setups for special events and marketing activations around FIFA Club World Cup and FIFA World Cup 2026.
Assist in helping track expenditures for campaigns, events, and brand channelsManage brand-related content, including copy, visuals, and online materials.
Coordinate and communicate with external agencies, notes, recaps, meeting schedules, and marketing executions for USA, CAN, and MEX.Working with media outlets or platforms to ensure timely and accurate placement of any FIFA brand assets.
Manage brand-related invoices, contracts, and documentation with proper departments.

Work with external agencies, printers, and other vendors to help with quality control and brand related materials (flyers, banners, advertisements).
Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, digital, and host city teams.

Responsible and comfortable with working with several projects and managing expectations accordingly.
Other duties as necessary to meet the company goals and brand needs.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree or similar higher education
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in project management and coordinating large events
Strong client management skills and agency background advantageous
Demonstrated excellent communication and organization skills
Experience in entertainment, agency or sport advantageous
Experience working in organizations with international offices/staff
Mid-level management experience
