The Corcoran Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to play a critical role in overseeing and strategizing agent and brand marketing based in our Miami Beach, FL region. The individual must have advanced knowledge and successful experience working strategically on real estate marketing initiatives and with real estate agents and experience managing a team as well as interacting with senior management.
The individual will work independently from our Miami Beach office and report to the VP of Marketing based in New York and the Director of Marketing based in Palm Beach, in collaboration with the South Florida Marketing Director. Additionally, the individual will need to spend time interacting with agents and staff at our Bal Harbour/Surfside Miami office.
Responsibilities:
Working proactively and collaboratively to champion the Corcoran brand and grow our agents’ business. Act as regional expert as it pertains to competitive intelligence, digital data results understanding, unique marketing, event and promotional opportunities. Working directly with agents on creative ideation and execution of marketing materials including, but not limited to, pitch presentations, advertising plans, direct mail campaigns, social media content calendars, as well as other forms of digital/print collateral. Supporting the Sales Director (Broker) on agent retention and recruitment efforts. Working in partnership with the regional Agent Experience Manager to onboard new agents. Working with the agent education, IT, and digital marketing teams to ensure agents are sufficiently trained in and using Corcoran’s latest internal marketing tools. Evangelize tools and brand messaging to help increase agent adoption and awareness. Assisting agents with utilization of brand materials and platforms to implement property marketing strategies. Create agent/property marketing proposals that include budget planning spreadsheets, personal branding conceptions and initiative action plans. Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used and recommend strategies to agents directly. Staying abreast of current marketing tactics to serve as a constant source of support and intelligence for agents. Collaborating with the Marketing Director and other key team members on campaign projects. Proactively outreach to agents and follow up on initiatives to create powerful case studies on successful strategies that can be leveraged to motivate additional agent marketing efforts. Participating in off-site events such as open houses, cocktail hours, local conferences (The Real Deal), and company initiatives. Regularly communicate active initiatives and updates to the VP of Marketing in addition to various team members, the Miami Sales Director and Corcoran CEO and CMO in New York.
Qualifications:
5 years of marketing, advertising, public relations, or brand strategy experience. At least 2 years working in the real estate or new development industry specifically. A balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution (with an all-hands on deck mentality) Understand strategic approach to marketing and leveraging purpose-driven results. The right person for this role will hold the confidence to establish themselves as an expert in our field, providing effective guidance for all agent levels (i.e. from low-cost marketing plans to $50M pitch decks). Ability to turn complex business issues and opportunities into simple, executable, results-driven solutions. Accustomed to managing multiple clients simultaneously. Must be able to handle all situations with diplomacy. Excellent organization, verbal/written communication skills; project management experience a plus. Adept at juggling multiple priorities, challenges and deadlines without sacrificing quality. Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, self-motivated and fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites is a huge plus (specifically InDesign, Photoshop). Experience managing team members as well as senior executives and management. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.,
