This role is responsible for creating and executing Humata’s brand voice across content, social media, and product marketing materials. You will deeply understand our product, our customers, and our market — and turn that knowledge into powerful content that educates, engages, and drives demand.
Location:
Remote – US or Hybrid, Winter Park, FL What you’ll do Content Marketing Develop and execute the content strategy aligned to Humata’s brand and growth goals. Write and publish blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and long-form thought leadership articles. Create content calendars to support launches, webinars, and major campaigns. Ghostwrite and manage LinkedIn content for Humata executives (CEO, Product, Growth). Social Media Management Manage Humata’s organic social channels, with a heavy focus on LinkedIn. Publish consistent and engaging social posts that reinforce Humata’s brand, expertise, and wins. Monitor industry conversations and inject Humata’s voice into key trends and discussions. Track and report on social media engagement metrics monthly. Product Marketing Develop and maintain core product positioning and messaging frameworks. Create and update sales enablement materials: product one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to launch new features and product updates to the market. Lead go-to-market (GTM) content for launches: blog posts, email campaigns, social posts, sales decks. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to align content with lead generation campaigns. Collaborate with the Product team to stay aligned on upcoming releases, features, and customer feedback. Partner with Sales to refine messaging based on what’s resonating in the field. Voice of the Customer Build and maintain personas for Humata’s buyers and users (health system leadership, payers, clinical teams). Gather competitive intelligence and customer insights to refine messaging and positioning What you’ll need to be successful in this role 3+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or similar role Exceptional writing skills with portfolio of published B2B content Experience managing social media channels, particularly LinkedIn for business Track record of developing product messaging and positioning frameworks Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into compelling content Strong project management skills to handle multiple content initiatives Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in a remote environment Why Join Humata Health?
