Job Description:

Lead and manage the data analytics team to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights and recommendations. Develop and implement data analytics strategies that align with the agency’s goals and objectives. Monitor industry trends and advancements in data analytics to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in data analytics. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients in a clear and concise manner. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Dataroma, experience is a must). Ability to turn data into stories Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
