This position focuseson supporting Tennis Venue Services, schools, sales, and our localmarketing partners with strategic marketing guidance, campaignexecution, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate is askilled collaborator with a strong understanding of integratedmarketing strategy and project management. This is a client-facingrole that requires someone who can manage multiple campaigns andrelationships, with attention to detail and deadlines.

KeyResponsibilities Act as the primary marketing liaisonfor Tennis Venue Services (TVS), Facilities, Sales & IndustryRelations, Schools, and Section Marketing teams. Write and manage creative briefs for campaigns and contentrequests across social, email, web, and paid media. Lead integrated marketing campaigns for National Tennis Month,Parks Month, and the NRPA Conference. Manage cross-functional projects and campaign deliverables frombrief through execution and performance reporting. Collaborate with the UX and digital teams on Facilities andParks & Rec page enhancements and lead generation tools. Maintain the campaign calendar and ensure delivery of bimonthlynewsletters for Facilities and Parks. Coordinate with legal and third-party vendors to implement leadgeneration tools for events. Track campaign results and email performance to inform strategyand reporting. Use audience segmentation and targeting strategies to ensurerelevant and timely communications acrossinitiatives.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy and execution,preferably in an integrated or client-facing role Experience writing creative briefs and managing marketingprojects across multiple channels Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, andpriorities across stakeholders and teams Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with email marketing platforms, audiencesegmentation, and performance reporting Comfortable working with digital, creative, and social mediateams Passion for tennis, community sport, or nonprofit impact is aplus Timing & StructureThis is a full-time temporary role to coverleave, estimated from Mid May through Mid-October.
