I’m looking for someone who can help organize and guide our social media and marketing efforts—not just someone to post content, but someone who gets how people discover, connect with, and trust brands. You don’t need a fancy resumé or 10 years of experience. You just need to be sharp, proactive, and excited to help something real grow. What you’ll be doing (varies as we grow): Managing and growing our social media accounts (primarily Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Planning and scheduling posts that align with our tone and customer base Assisting with email marketing (basic flows, promotions, etc.) Helping organize content creation and promotions (photos, blog posts, seasonal pushes) Running or assisting with paid ads (Meta, Pinterest, Google—experience a plus but not required) Helping turn rough ideas into action (you’ll work directly with the owner) What I’m looking for: You have decent experience with social or digital marketing and want to grow with a brand You’re organized but flexible, and don’t need everything perfectly defined to get started You care about quality and hate the mass-produced junk that floods the internet You know how to speak to people without sounding like a brand account robot
