The Marketing Manager will work with a diverse set of partners, including both businesses and end consumers with a mission to scale our impact through data-driven marketing and strategic growth. This role is pivotal to accelerating our market presence, optimizing the funnel and driving revenue growth through experimentation, analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

How You’ll Shine:

Leadership and managerial responsibilities for the growth and development of marketing associate(s). Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies focused on B2B and B2B2C acquisition and engagement Analyze and report on marketing performance, providing actionable insights to continuously improve ROI Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to test and grow into Leverage CRM, automation and other tools to strategize targeted campaigns for key audiences Work closely with Business Development, product and other teams to align messaging and track impact Travel Requirements Some travel may be required – less than 20%.

What You’ll Bring:

BA/BS in Sales/Marketing or business-related field MBA strongly preferred. Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to successfully communicate both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate sound business judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines. Exceptionally proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Travel/Hospitality experience a plus. Eagerness to learn and a drive to succeed. 4+ years of progressive experience in a growth, digital or performance marketing role Minimum 2 years in a B2B or B2B2c environment Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
