Who You Are As a Marketing Manager at RBP Consulting Inc., you will drive the execution of data-informed marketing strategies that generate leads, build brand visibility, and support revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing SEO and PPC campaigns, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Marketo, and executing paid media strategies through Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on digital execution with strategic insights to optimize marketing performance across channels. A key expectation is your fluency in emerging technologies, particularly in AI-powered marketing tools, where you’ll be encouraged to explore and advocate for how artificial intelligence can enhance workflows, from content creation and audience segmentation to data analysis and campaign refinement. Additionally, you will have the ability to direct us toward tools you find valuable for executing your work effectively, and we would highly value your input on selecting and implementing such tools (e.g., SearchAtlas.com, etc.). Your success will be measured by campaign performance, ROI for the company, ROAS for our customers, audience growth, and your ability to adapt strategies using the latest digital tools and best practices. You will play a direct role in revenue generation for clients by delivering measurable marketing outcomes and ensuring that customers clearly recognize and appreciate the value created. Beyond achieving performance metrics, you will also be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, resolving client concerns proactively, and reducing client churn at RBP. Success in this position requires not only executing effective marketing strategies but also effectively communicating results to clients to build long-term loyalty and trust. Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s and client’s goals and support both internal team engagement and external customer growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine marketing KPIs. Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and go-to-market strategies. Traditional and Display Marketing (Traditional Media Buying): Plan, negotiate, and purchase traditional media placements such as billboards, bus benches, direct mail postcards, and other out-of-home advertising. Coordinate creative development and production for traditional media campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of traditional media buys, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize brand visibility and ROI. Develop strong vendor relationships and manage budgets efficiently for all traditional media efforts. Integrate traditional marketing initiatives with digital campaigns to create a cohesive, multi-channel marketing approach. SEO Strategy & Execution Oversee all aspects of SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Drive content strategy optimized for search engines and user intent. Monitor SEO performance and continuously improve organic reach and conversions. Paid Advertising Management Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and creative testing to maximize ROI. Leverage audience segmentation and targeting to enhance campaign performance. Google Marketing Platform Expertise Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio for tracking, measurement, and reporting. Collaborate with data teams to build custom dashboards and conversion attribution models. Stay ahead of trends and tools within the Google ecosystem to enhance marketing outcomes. Internal Marketing & Communication Create campaigns that promote internal brand alignment and support employee engagement. Partner with HR and internal comms to develop employer branding and employee experience initiatives. Support cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) with targeted messaging and assets. Team Management & Development Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working. This position will require travel – 15%. Qualifications Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, including proven success in leadership roles. Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics and attribution. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Knowledge of content marketing, video, and influencer strategy. AI Fluency – Willingness and ability to explore and communicate how AI tools can enhance marketing workflows, such as content creation, audience targeting, data analysis, and campaign optimization. Knowledge of the roofing industry is a strong plus. Candidates with experience in home services or local brick-and-mortar businesses will also be seriously considered. Experience in B2B and B2C environments is a strong plus. Required Qualifications Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Semrush, Leadsie, Canva, ClickUp). Demonstrated success managing SEO and PPC campaigns. Deep familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Marketing tools. We strive to be transparent around compensation. Compensation:
