Role Summary We are seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead the global go-to-market strategy for Splunk’s AI and Integrations, a vital part of delivering customer value and expanding our business across platform, security, and observability. This role involves shaping the future of our AI offerings and Splunk-Cisco integrations to strengthen our market leadership. What We’re Looking For Expert Storyteller:
Skilled in positioning and messaging, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives for IT professionals and leaders.
Market Insight:
Deep understanding of the AI market, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, with experience in developing cross-portfolio messaging.
Product Launch Experience:
Successful track record in launching new capabilities and managing product launch processes.

Passionate about empowering sales and partner teams with clear messaging, content, and campaigns that drive demand and customer success. If you meet these criteria, we look forward to connecting with you! Responsibilities Develop messaging and positioning for Splunk AI and Integrations targeting IT professionals and leaders. Enable sales and customer-facing teams with tools, messaging, and training to communicate our value propositions effectively. Contribute to the global GTM strategy for Splunk AI and Integrations, collaborating across teams. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with cross-functional partners. Conduct market and persona research, engaging with customers and influencers to stay ahead of trends, especially in AI. Work with the Competitive Intelligence team to articulate differentiators against competitors. Collaborate with Technical Marketing to develop demos showcasing the value of Splunk AI and Integrations. Lead messaging, enablement, and marketing plans for product launches and events like Cisco Live and Splunk .conf. Partner with product management to gather customer insights and inform future marketing strategies. Requirements 5+ years in product marketing, product management, or sales engineering at a high-growth B2B software company. Proven ability to position B2B products effectively for growth, targeting technical and business decision-makers. Experience in AI, software platforms, integrations, observability, security, or related fields preferred. Excellent content creation skills for diverse target audiences. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities. Ability to influence executives and build consensus in a dynamic environment.
